The Challenge. Brooksfield needed a cohesive campaign that showcased their Iconic Collection across two flagship retail locations — each with its own architectural character, regional audience, and visual atmosphere. The challenge was maintaining brand consistency while honoring the distinctly different feel of each venue.
The Approach. As Director of Photography and Producer, the production was deployed across three separate shoot days at two locations — La Cantera in San Antonio (two visits) and Merrick Park in Miami. Each location received its own visual treatment while adhering to a unified lighting philosophy and editorial style. Five final deliverables were cut from the campaign.
The Result. A multi-location campaign that gave Brooksfield five polished retail videos and a library of stills — cohesive enough to feel like one campaign, distinct enough to speak to each market.
