The Challenge. WebMD needed a series of patient story videos that communicated medical experiences with authenticity and sensitivity — content that would resonate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on one of the world's most visited health platforms.
The Approach. We built an interview-based production methodology that prioritized subject comfort above all else. Warm, controlled lighting environments, unhurried shooting schedules, and careful story development in pre-production ensured each subject could share their experience authentically.
