The Production Process

Step 01
Discovery & Brief
A 30-minute call with a producer or director to align on goals, deliverables, timelines, and budget. We listen first — then we build a scope that actually fits your project.
Step 02
Creative Treatment
A director-authored visual document: story approach, shot references, locations, casting direction, and mood. You approve before a single dollar is spent on production.
Step 03
Pre-Production
Crew scheduling, location scouting, talent casting, permit pulls, equipment prep, shot list, and call sheet. Everything locked before day one of the shoot.
Step 04
Production / Shoot
Cinema-grade cameras, professional lighting, and a crew sized precisely for the scope. Director on set for every project. Daily review links for remote clients.
Step 05
Post & Delivery
Offline edit, sound design, color grade, motion graphics, subtitles, and final render. Delivered as web-ready, broadcast, and platform-specific files with a shared revision link throughout.
