Can we customize the packages?
Yes. The tiers are starting points. We can adjust shoot days, crew size, and average deliverables to match your internal capacity and goals.
What if we don’t use our shoot day one month?
Unused shoot days can roll over for up to 30 days, subject to scheduling availability. We’ll set expectations together so there are no surprises.
Do you travel outside Houston?
Yes. Travel within an agreed radius can be built into your retainer. For projects outside that range, we’ll define a simple travel structure up front.
How are revisions handled?
Each deliverable includes a defined number of revision rounds appropriate to the tier. Most clients finalize within one or two passes once we know your brand.
Can we scale up or down over time?
Absolutely. Many clients start at a lower tier and scale up once they see the impact of having consistent content every month.
